Dealer Loyalty Savings With the Dealer Loyalty Savings (DLS) Program, CCE Contractors can earn savings for retirement! It’s not easy to build a nest egg for your retirement, so let COLEMAN® help. With annual purchases over $100,000, as a CCE Contractor participating in the DLS program, you earn funds toward a payment to your designated beneficiary at age 65.

50/50 Marketing Fund

Coleman CCE Level Dealers that have been CCE Dealers for a minimum of one year qualify for our CCE Dealer 50/50 Marketing Fund. To qualify you must have purchased a minimum of $300,000 in qualified Coleman equipment in the previous calendar year.

This fund can be used for marketing any and all marketing endeavours such as billboards, uniforms, training opportunities or marketing services. Prior approval is required to qualify by reaching out to your Johnstone Programs Manager at 559-421-1212 or christi.kalmbach@johnstonesupply.com

Homeowner Letters

Now, there's a convenient way to directly contact your customers at important times in your business relationship--immediately after the sale, months before your customer's factory warranty expires and 12 months after warranty registration.

  • Enhanced-level and certified-level contractors get letters sent to their customers automatically. The program automatically mails a letter with your name and company address. This program sends a letter with an offer to buy an extended warranty. The program automatically notifies customers on the ninth, tenth and eleventh months before the warranty expires. Our personal use rebate program allows dealers registered at any level to qualify for rebates on specified equipment. Just download the form and send in the support documentation.

How To Participate:

1. Discuss a base, enhanced or certified level of partnership with your Territory Manager or Distributor Sales Representative

2. Upon registration or renewal, choose the product(s) that fit your needs

3. Arrange purchase of equipment and complete the personal use rebate certificate

4. Forward the certificate, along with a copy of your sales receipt to your distributor. Receipt must show installed equipment model number(s) and serial number(s)

5. The distributor/contractor must register the products via UPGNet

6. The distributor/contractor attains the authorizing signatures from the distributor principal, Unitary Products Regional Acc. Manager and Brand Manager

7. The Regional Account Manager or Branch Manager submits the personal use rebate cert. to the Program Manager

8. Approved rebates mailed directly to the qualified homeowner

Other Considerations
  • This offer is limited to JCI built, residential products only for contractor or contractor employee personal residences
  • Claims must be filed and submitted within 60 days of purchase
  • Personal use rebate may not be used in conjunction with any other consumer rebates or promotional offers from Unitary Products
  • The personal rebate offer is limited to one rebate per dealership per year

Johnstone Coalition Meeting 2019



Our Coalition Meetings are purposefully designed to bring like-minded HVAC contractors together in one place, away from the distractions of the day to day operations and give you the chance to work ON your business. You will come away from the Coalition Meeting with tools to make your business everything you want it to be.
